After a lot of thought, I have decided not to compete in the final two JSCC events this season and make the switch into senior racing.
It was always my intention to move to senior racing in 2027 and those plans are already locked in. Having turned sixteen last month, switching now will give me the opportunity and funding to start work on a development and testing programme.
I have really enjoyed my time in the JSCC and it's been awesome battling at the sharp end this year. I've learnt so much both on and off the track, made some great friends and have so many amazing memories. Thank you to everyone at the JSCC & BARC for organising and running the championship.
Thank you to my team, Cursley Motorsport; Alex, Sheila, Harvey, Will on data, everyone who's been on the spanners and my driver coach Ash Miller, for everything that they have all done for me over the past eighteen months. I couldn't have wished for a better bunch of people to guide me through these early times in my career.
I'm super proud to have been the one to have given them their first JSCC win, multiple podiums and also, together, we have achieved a 100% classified race finish rate over the 43 races we have competed in. (No, I'm still not too sure how I was a classified podium finisher when I ended up on my roof at Cadwell either but we'll take it!).
And finally, a massive thanks to my partners and my family for their support and everything they do to keep me racing.
Junior racing, over and out! Senior racing, here we come!
